This Show is A Qualifier for The National Welsh Championships Held on Sunday 4th August at the Royal Three Counties Show Ground

1. THE NATIONAL WELSH “BRIGHTWELLS SEC A IN-HAND” CHAMPIONSHIP - Champion & Res from Classes 1 - 13 Both the champion and reserve champion sec A will qualify for this championship. In th event of either having previously qualified then the qualification will pass to the 2rd reservein the championship.

2. THE NATIONAL WELSH “BRIGHTWELLS SEC B IN-HAND” CHAMPIONSHIP - Champion & Res from Classes 14 – 26 Both the champion and reserve champion sec B will qualify for this championship. In the event of either having previously qualified then the qualification will pass to the 2rd reserve in the championship.

3. THE NATIONAL WELSH “BRIGHTWELLS SEC C IN-HAND” CHAMPIONSHIP - Champion & Res from Classes 27 - 39 Both the champion and reserve champion sec C will qualify for this championship. In the event of either having previously qualified then the qualification will pass to the 2rd reserve in the championship.
4. THE NATIONAL WELSH “BRIGHTWELLS SEC D IN-HAND” CHAMPIONSHIP - Champion & Res from Classes 40 - 52
Both the champion and reserve champion sec D will qualify for this championship. In the event of either having previously qualified then the qualification will pass to the 2rd reserve in the championship.

5. THE NATIONAL WELSH “BRIGHTWELLS WPBR IN-HAND” CHAMPIONSHIP - Champion & Res from Classes 53 - 59
Both the champion and reserve champion WPBR will qualify for this championship. In the event of either having previously qualified then the qualification will pass to the 2rd reserve in the championship. Where there are no separate Welsh Part-bred classes qualification can be awarded in other relevant sections (eg Pony or Hunter Pony breeding) provided the animal is a registered WPBR or has the min 12. 5 % and eligible for registration

6. THE NATIONAL WELSH SARUM INVESTMENTS Ltd GELDING CHAMPIONSHIP - The highest placed gelding in each class including part breds where geldings are eligible. 7,8,20,21,33,34,46,47,53,54,55,57

7. THE NATIONAL WELSH “BRYNSEION RIDDEN SEC A” CHAMPIONSHIP The 2 highest placed ridden Welsh sec A ponies will qualify for this championship. If either pony has previously qualified then it can be awarded to the next eligible pony. Class 62

8. THE NATIONAL WELSH “BRYNSEION RIDDEN SEC B” CHAMPIONSHIP The 2 highest placed ridden Welsh sec B ponies will qualify for this championship. If either pony has previously qualified then it can be awarded to the next eligible pony. Class 62

9. THE NATIONAL WELSH “BRYNSEION RIDDEN SEC C” CHAMPIONSHIP The 2 highest placed ridden Welsh sec C ponies will qualify for this championship. If either pony has previously qualified then it can be awarded to the next eligible pony. Class 63

10. THE NATIONAL WELSH “BRYNSEION RIDDEN SEC D” CHAMPIONSHIP The 2 highest placed ridden Welsh sec D animals will qualify for this championship. If either have previously qualified then it can be awarded to the next eligible animal. Class 63
11. THE NATIONAL WELSH “BRYNSEION LEAD REIN” CHAMPIONSHIP The 2 highest placed Welsh sec A or B ponies will qualify for this championship. In the event of a pony having previously qualified then it can be awarded to the next eligible pony. Class 64
